Pay your quote

Enter the amount due today, 50% of your quote to start or the remaining 50% once everything is done, choose how you'd like to pay, and you're done. Nothing is submitted to an authority until your payment clears.

Your quote number and total are on the PDF we sent you. Can't find it? Email info@viapostille.ca and we'll resend it.
How would you like to pay?

Type the total exactly as it appears on your quote, taxes included. Quote in US dollars? Choose USD next to the amount.

You'll finish on our payment provider's secure page, where Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically if your device supports them. Your card details never touch our website.

Open your bank's app, choose Interac e-Transfer, and send to the address below. Autodeposit is on, so there's no security question to set.

Questions
What amount should I enter?
The amount in our email: 50% of the written quote, taxes included, when you approve it, and the remaining 50% once everything is done. If your quote lists several lines, the halves are taken on the final total, not on a single line.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency on your quote: Canadian dollars by default, or US dollars if your quote says USD. Choose it next to the amount. Foreign cards are accepted.
Can I pay in instalments?
Every file is already paid in two halves: 50% to start, 50% once everything is done. For larger business files, ask us before paying and we'll agree on a schedule.
I don't have a quote yet.

Is my payment refundable?
Your first payment is refundable any time before we submit your document. Only a government fee already paid to an authority on your behalf can't be recovered. Full detail on the pricing page.
