  1. A scan or clear photo of each document, both sides if anything is printed on the back.
  2. The destination country and, if you know it, who will receive the documents (a court, a university, an employer, a consulate).

Greater Montréal and Laval

Free pickup and delivery anywhere in Greater Montréal: your home, your office, a relative's home or your lawyer's. Same day when you write before noon.

Office drop-off in Laval (Saint-François sector), by appointment only, so there is always someone to receive your originals and give you a signed receipt. We confirm the exact address when you book.

Everywhere else in Canada, we email you a prepaid, tracked Xpresspost label. Print it, drop the envelope at any post office, nothing to pay at the counter. How apostille by mail works.

Before you write

Do you give legal or immigration advice?
No. Viapostille is an independent private document service. We prepare, route, submit, track and ship documents, and we tell you plainly what each authority requires. Which documents your visa, citizenship or court file needs is a question for the receiving authority or your lawyer; once you have that list, we make sure every item on it is apostilled and translated correctly.
Can I just ask a quick question without becoming a client?
Yes. Most conversations start that way. If the honest answer is that you can do it yourself for free, we say so.
Which languages do you work in?
English and French, in writing and by phone. Your documents can be in any language: certified and sworn translation is part of what we coordinate. Apostille and translation in one order.
