Who we work with

Built around how your practice actually runs

Six kinds of professionals send us Canadian documents week after week. Here is how we fit each one, and the provincial detail that trips people up.

Immigration law firms & consultants

Your clients' applications abroad stall when a birth, marriage or police certificate isn't apostilled the right way. We handle the full chain so filings aren't held up, and route each document by the province that issued it.

Routing follows the issuing province, never the client's address.

Certified translation agencies

Clients ask “can you get it apostilled too?” and you'd rather not send them elsewhere. We add apostille and legalization behind your service, coordinating the notary and authority around your certified translation.

OTTIAQ (QC) and ATIO (ON) translations supported.

Global mobility, HR & relocation

Onboarding an expat means degrees, RCMP checks and company letters apostilled on a deadline. We batch them, give you a turnaround you can promise the employee, and bill you once a month.

Cross-Canada intake, one consolidated invoice.

Corporate law firms & notaries

Cross-border deals need articles of incorporation, powers of attorney and resolutions apostilled, and a delay holds a closing. We handle corporate batches and rush timelines without the back-and-forth.

In Québec we manage the Chambre des notaires step before the apostille.

Fingerprinting & background-check agencies

Your clients get a certified RCMP criminal record check, then ask how to use it abroad. Refer them to us, or offer it under your own name: we know exactly how Global Affairs Canada handles RCMP results.

Federal RCMP results, authenticated by Global Affairs Canada.

Education & student-recruitment agents

Students heading abroad need diplomas and transcripts apostilled before enrolment or a study permit, and a missed deadline costs the placement. We handle each intake as a batch with a predictable turnaround.

Diplomas from recognized institutions go straight to the authority.
How a partnership works

From first file to monthly invoice

No portal to learn and no per-file friction. You send documents; we run the apostille chain and bill you once.

Tell us your volume

Share the documents and destinations you handle most, and your typical monthly count.

We set up a partner account

With pricing tuned to your volume and a single point of contact who knows your files.

Send files, we run the chain

Notary, authority and return, with pre-check screening that protects your client from refusals.

One invoice a month

Government fees at cost plus our service fee, consolidated, instead of paying file by file.

Where we stop, and where you stay. Viapostille handles apostille and legalization logistics and coordinates licensed Canadian notaries and the designated authorities. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or immigration advice, so the professional relationship, and the advice, stays between you and your client.
Partner questions
Is there a minimum volume to work with you?
No hard minimum. Pricing improves as volume grows, so tell us your typical monthly count and we set the account up around it.
Can you return the document to our client in our name?
Yes. We can return the apostilled document directly to your client on your behalf, discreetly, so the experience stays yours.
How are partners billed?
One consolidated monthly invoice for all files, with government fees charged at cost plus our service fee, instead of paying file by file.
Which provinces do you cover?
All of them, plus federal documents. Québec, Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan each have their own authority; everything else and federal documents go through Global Affairs Canada. Routing depends on where each document was issued or notarized.
